Harbour Point Yacht Club with its beautiful Lake Lanier homes was
proud to have been selected as the location for first "water-oriented"
Street of Dreams ever held in the Atlanta area. The Street of Dreams
is one of the most popular luxury home tour and lifestyle events in
the country. From September 15 through November 4, 2001, more than
40,000 visitors spent their weekends at this prestigious event. interestingly,
more than 60 of those show participants arrived by water!
Each of the six luxury Lake Lanier homes (5,570 to 7,300 square feet+)
on the Street of Dreams tour was a work of art, with the latest architectural
elements, construction techniques, energy-saving technology and home
automation systems-each created by one of the Harbour Point custom
builders.
Furthermore, each home had its own designer that collaborated with
the builder in selecting colors, décor, fixtures and finishes.
The design team also furnished and accessorized the home, down to
the tiniest detail. Awards were given for the following categories:

The end result was a showcase of six homes ranging from the $800,000's
to over one million dollars-that take full advantage of their outstanding
